– Circle Housing Group Employment & Skills Team

Circle Housing recognises that being in work is likely to improve individual and family health and wellbeing, increase confidence, generate a sense of belonging and promote financial independence. We have developed a range of E&S programmes for our customers and the wider local community. We understand the steps which people need to take to get into sustainable work. These include:
We run a range of programmes to help our customers get into sustainable work and have the scale and reach to create training and job opportunities through our partners
Our E&S programmes were externally recognised in 2014 with Business in the Community Big Ticks and the ENEI Community Impact Award.
With a team of more than 2,300 people, Circle Housing manages over 70,000 properties and provides services to around 200,000 people across England through nine Group partners.
Circle Housing provides a range of affordable housing choices including general needs and supported housing, along with a range of responsive care, support and maintenance services. In addition we are working in partnership with Leeds City Credit Union to take the worry out of money. Visit Circle Housing Money to find out more.
We also build new homes, including affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, together with market rent, private sale and commercial properties which enables us to fund further affordable housing programmes.
Circle Housing’s head offices are based in Norwich and London with partner offices in over ten further locations across England. Made up of a group of organisations that are united by shared values and goals and collective governance, each group member brings something to the table in terms of their own strengths and areas of expertise. Our Mission is to ‘Enhance Life Chances’ in terms of providing great homes and reliable services, building sustainable communities because of our collaborative group approach.
We are experienced at leveraging scale and delivering efficiencies in a large group. However, it is not size alone that matters to us at Circle Housing, but rather how we use this scale to deliver efficiencies and better services that in turn better support our commitment to enhancing life chances.
